Job summary

Gulf Winds International, Inc. is seeking a Driver Onboarding Specialist to streamline hiring, orientation, and training for new drivers. This remote role supports the Driver Recruiting team across markets, ensuring compliance, safety, and a smooth onboarding experience.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to collect documents, schedule orientations, and monitor progress using ATS and safety systems. A strong focus on communication and organization is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify driver documents (license, insurance, registration).

• Schedule orientation and pre-lease inspections.
• Ensure documentation and certifications are up to date.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback during training.
• Promote safety and drive a culture of compliance.
