Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of tanker dispatch experience preferred.
Technical Skills: High level of accuracy entering and updating detailed information; AS400 knowledge preferred.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organization: Detail-oriented with multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and dispatch tracking systems.
Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate drivers under pressure.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for drivers, providing load assignments and updates.
Coordinate daily load planning to optimize efficiency and on-time performance.
Monitor driver compliance with HOS and performance metrics.
Lead a designated fleet of regional drivers and maintain driver relations.
Ensure a service level of on-time pickups and deliveries and update ETA/PTA.
