ExecuSource is seeking a Dispatcher / Driver Manager in Winter Haven, FL. You will oversee a 25+ driver board, dispatch loads, coordinate schedules, and optimize routes to ensure on-time, fuel-efficient deliveries across North America.

You will also serve as the main point of contact for drivers and collaborate with operations teams to resolve issues quickly. The ideal candidate has recent truckload dispatch experience in a high-volume environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability

• Ability to manage 25+ drivers accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with specialized freight (tanker, hazmat, etc.) preferred.
• AS400 experience is a plus.

Salary: $55K – $65K
