Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking a Dispatcher / Driver Manager in Winter Haven, FL. You will oversee a 25+ driver board, dispatch loads, coordinate schedules, and optimize routes to ensure on-time, fuel-efficient deliveries across North America.

Qualifications

• Recent truckload dispatch experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to manage 25+ drivers accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with specialized freight (tanker, hazmat, etc.) preferred.
• AS400 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume driver board (25+ drivers).
• Dispatch loads, coordinate schedules, and optimize routes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for drivers.
• Monitor performance metrics including on-time delivery and utilization.
• Partner with internal teams to maintain efficient operations.
