Job summary

GPAC is seeking an experienced Load Planner for its flatbed transportation operations. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, optimizing capacity, and keeping trucks moving, with an emphasis on direct customer freight. Onsite preferred, remote considered for a qualified candidate, with competitive base pay and full benefits.

You will plan routes, negotiate rates, use load boards, and maintain real-time updates in our TMS, supporting both OTR and regional flatbed lanes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on truckload planning experience, with flatbed load and route planning preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple trucks and priorities effectively.
• Experience with load boards and real-time updates in TMS.

An established asset-based trucking company is seeking an experienced Load Planner to support its OTR and regional flatbed operations. We're looking for a high-performing Load Planner who knows how to maximize revenue, optimize capacity, and keep trucks moving.

With an established fleet and a strong base of direct customer freight, this is an opportunity to step into a role where your decisions directly impact company performance and earnings. Virginia-based position; onsite preferred, remote considered for a qualified candidate.

What You'll Do

• Plan, optimize, and execute freight across our OTR/Regional Flatbed division

What We're Looking For

• Working knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and safety regulations
