Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• College or university coursework in Business Administration, Accounting, Public Administration, Management, Information Technology, or similar field may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers at the primary point of contact.
• Communicate with customers about their needs, eligibility, and ensure compliance.
• Assess authenticity of documents and exercise first-line decision-making.
• Process driver license documents and hearing requests.
• Administer tests and grade examinations for licenses and permits.
