Responsibilities

• Interact with customers as the primary point of contact.
• Communicate with customers about their needs, eligibility, and ensure compliance.
• Assess the applicant's documents and eligibility for Driver License services.
• Process driver license and identification documents and hearing requests.
• Administer and grade examinations for licenses and permits.
• Qualify applicants for license/ID cards and verify document authenticity.
