The role requires leading performance discussions, addressing disputes, and collaborating across departments to drive KPIs and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 30–50 drivers per the role’s scope.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Address issues and disputes with drivers and coordinate with customer service.
