Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in driver or customer facing role required.
• Transportation, Logistics, and/or Tech industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 30-50 drivers.
• Directly supervise multiple drivers and provide training support.
• Address issues and disputes for drivers and promote safe operations.
• Ensure on-time service and coordinate with Customer Service as needed.
• Collaborate across the organization to drive culture and goals.
• Handle driver communications via calls, chats, and emails.
