Required: high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in driver or customer-facing roles; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 30 - 50 drivers according to company policies and DOT regulations.
• Directly supervise multiple drivers at any given time (new hires, off-truck drivers, training support).
• Ensure driver satisfaction and on-time service; address issues and disputes.
• Promote safe operations and maintain seated truck count and PTA accuracy.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and cross-functional teams to drive performance.
• Attend meetings and trainings; communicate with customers about service deviations.
