The Driver Leader will supervise drivers, ensure on-time service, manage performance KPIs, and collaborate with Customer Service and other teams to uphold high standards across operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in driver or customer facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Equivalent years of experience considered as one year of experience per year of college.

Responsibilities

• Supervise driver performance according to company policies and regulations.
• Directly supervise multiple drivers and support training needs.
• Address issues and disputes for drivers while promoting safe operations.
• Maintain seated truck count and ensure on-time service with fleet readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate service deviations to customers.
