Job summary

U.S. Xpress is seeking a Driver Leader in Dallas, TX to supervise drivers, ensure on-time service, and drive customer satisfaction. You will manage driver performance, address issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance objectives.

The role requires 2+ years in driver or customer-facing roles, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to work in a fixed daytime schedule. Remote work is not available, and the compensation range reflects market rates for this

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

Responsibilities

• Supervise driver performance according to company policies, DOT regulations and other rules.
• Directly supervise multiple drivers and provide training support.
• Promote driver satisfaction and safe operations.
• Address issues and disputes for drivers; recommend promotions or terminations as needed.
• Communicate service deviations and coordinate with Customer Service.
