Job summary

zTrip is seeking a Driver Manager to oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of professional drivers who deliver exceptional service. You will lead relationships with drivers from application through long-term success, guiding onboarding, training, and continuous engagement to ensure a positive driver experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, problem-solving, and collaboration with Operations to drive driver growth and overall company success.

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting or driver management roles.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with MS Office and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead driver recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Coordinate onboarding, licensing, and documentation for new drivers.
Build and maintain strong driver relationships and engagement initiatives.
Monitor driver performance and coach for improvement; implement corrective actions if needed.
Maintain driver records and generate reports on recruitment, onboarding, and retention metrics.
