Job summary

Buckled In is seeking a Compliance Operations Manager to lead high-volume, multi-state driver compliance programs. You will translate regulatory requirements into scalable processes, supervise a team, and partner with Recruitment, Onboarding, Operations, and Sales to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes organization, research, and measurable results, reporting to Senior Director of Recruitment, Onboarding, and Compliance. Travel is light.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of implementing and reviewing city, state, and federal regulations for compliant operations.
• 2-4 years of people management experience.
• 2 years of remote work experience.
• 2+ years in a high-volume organization (≥500 employees).
• Laptop with working camera and microphone required.
• Proficient with Google Suite; MS Office acceptable.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a high-volume compliance process with scalable controls.
• Review driver operations procedures and reports; provide training.
• Document policies and lead audits to identify risks and improve systems.
• Manage compliance systems, including applicant tracking and data accuracy.
• Build relationships with state officials and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
