Job summary

Buckled In in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead our driver safety and regulatory programs across multiple states. You will design scalable processes, train staff, and drive audits to ensure all files and data stay current.

You will liaison with state agencies, manage a high-volume team, and continuously update regulatory guidance. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and a track record of remote team management.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years implementing and reviewing city, state, and federal regulations for a highly regulated role.
• 2–4 years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of remote work experience.
• Experience in high-volume organizations (500+ employees).
• Laptop with working camera and microphone; proficient with Google Suite.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume compliance processes and monitor control systems; train staff and audit for gaps.
• Develop regulatory expertise across markets; update internal guides and coordinate with teams.
• Lead liaison activities with external regulatory partners and counsel as needed.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
