Job summary

Buckled In is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Operations Manager to lead multi-state driver safety and compliance programs. You will translate regulations into scalable processes and guide a high-volume, remote-friendly team across Recruitment, Onboarding, Operations, and Sales.

You will design controls, audits, and training for drivers and staff while maintaining strong relationships with state agencies and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years implementing and reviewing city, state, and federal regulations for a highly regulated role.
• 2-4 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years of remote work experience.
• At least 2 years experience working in a high-volume organization (≥500 employees).
• Laptop with working camera and microphone required.
• Proficient in Google Suite tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a high-volume compliance process.
• Design and monitor control systems for violations of rules and policies.
• Review operations procedures and reports to identify risks; provide training.
• Lead audits of systems and policies; keep data current.
• Document policies and procedures for driver compliance.
• Lead special projects and driver training on processes and policies.
• Review background checks and motor vehicle reports against local standards.
• Maintain applicant tracking and compliance systems.
• Become expert on regulations in current and target markets; liaise with officials.
