Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year pallet jack and/or forklift experience.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers after routes, verify returned products and signed invoices.
• Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
• Ensure food safety protocols followed and coordinate with Food Safety.
• Note delivery exceptions on invoices and reports.
• Inspect returned products for restocking or credit eligibility.
• Assign proper reason codes for invoicing and damage.
• Count and stage returns, ensure quantities match.
• Post overages to inventory via available stock report.
