Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of pallet jack and/or forklift experience.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers who completed routes by verifying returned products and signed invoices.
• Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
• Ensure food safety protocols were followed on returns and coordinate with Food Safety personnel.
• Note delivery exceptions on invoices or exception reports.
• Inspect returned products to determine restocking or credits.
• Assign appropriate reason codes and document damage codes on damaged items.
• Stage returns and count items to match return sheets and invoices.
• Record overages on the return sheet to re-enter products into inventory.
