• Ensure food safety protocols are followed on returns.
• Note delivery exceptions on invoices and reports.
• Inspect returned products for restocking or credit decisions.
• Assign correct reason codes on invoices for processing.
• Separate and stage returns, count items to match sheets.
• Record overages to re-enter stock into the system.
