Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year pallet jack and/or forklift experience.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Solid math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers after routes by verifying returned products and signed invoices.
• Account for pallets, totes, and other company property.
• Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
• Ensure food safety protocols followed on returns.
• Note delivery exceptions on invoices or reports.
• Inspect returned products for restocking or credit eligibility.
• Assign correct reason codes on invoices for processing.
• Count and stage returns, matching quantities to sheets.
