Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers who have completed routes by verifying products returned and invoices.
• Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
• Ensure food safety protocols followed on returns and coordinate with Food Safety.
• Note all delivery exceptions on invoices or delivery exception reports.
• Inspect returned products to determine restocking or credit eligibility.
• Assign the correct reason code on invoices for efficient processing; code damaged items with damage codes.
• Separate and stage products for return processing and count returned items to match sheets and invoices.
• List overages on the return sheet using stock/warehouse location reports to re-enter inventory.
