Job summary

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of pallet jack and/or forklift experience.
• Strong ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
• Excellent listening, math, and communication skills.
• Fluency in reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers after routes by verifying returned products and ensuring invoices are signed; count pallets and totes.
• Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services as needed.
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed on returns and coordinate with Food Safety personnel for issues.
• Inspect returned products to determine restocking eligibility or whether the customer warrants a credit; assign appropriate reason codes.
