Job summary

Vail Resorts in South Lake Tahoe, CA, is hiring for winter seasonal Transportation roles including drivers. Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour with paid training and seasonal benefits. Join a team that serves guests with safety-first transport and expert area knowledge.

This role supports transporting guests to and from mountain activities, with full-time and part-time hours during winter 2026/27. Housing options may be available; a valid driving record and radio/code knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory driving record required.
• Knowledge of two-way radio use and codes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests.
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions.
• Provide exceptional guest service and share information about the area, activities, and transportation in the resort.
• Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including checking fluids and fueling.

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
