Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first).
As a Lead Driver, it is your responsibility to execute the safe and efficient transportation of both guests and employees to and from designated pickup and drop-off locations, as well asmaintaina friendly and positive attitude every day, with all guests and employees. Leading your team toaccomplishdaily goals
Adheres to all safe driving regulations and standards
Directs day to day work within transportation function
Enforces policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Addresses safety issues and notifies senior management
May resolve guest issues and concerns
Coordinates with dispatch supervisor and operations manager and other departments and outside agencies as needed
Thoroughly familiar with all areas of transportation and functions
Obey all laws of the highway and drive in a defensive manner
Fill out daily reports and notify the manager of any bus difficulties
Assistpassengers to ensure they are properly seated
Handles passenger emergencies and disruptions
Safely transport small and large groups of people on and off property to various assigned locations
Maintain and clean buses
Report maintenance problems
Install and remove tire chains as needed
Other duties as assigned
Valid US Driver’s License and clean driving record
Able tolift upto 50lbs
Valid US Commercial Driver's License, Class A or B with air brake and passenger endorsement (obtained at own expense) -Required
2 years prior experience in CDL required driving position – Required
Current Medical Examination Report (valid for 2 years) -Required
High School Diploma
Must be 21 years of age or older
Pre-employment drug test
Current DOT medical certificate
The expected pay range is$25.45/hr - $33.93/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
