Job summary

Vail Resorts in New Hampshire invites you to work in the mountains this winter, whether you’re new to snow or a seasoned enthusiast. Join our Transportation Team and help guests travel safely while sharing knowledge about the area, activities, and transport options.

Starting wage is $20.00/hr to $23.00/hr; tipped positions include guaranteed minimums. This is a Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 role with paid training and no prior commercial driving experience required. Housing is not available.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license
• Satisfactory driving record
• Willingness to work in a winter seasonal role

Responsibilities

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions
• Provide exceptional guest service and share information about the area, activities, and transportation in the resort
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (fluids, fueling)
• Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Satisfactory Driving Record
• Be knowledgeable in 2-way radio use and various codes
• The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
