Job summary

Vail Resorts in Beaver Creek, CO is hiring for the Transportation Team for Summer Seasonal 2026. Roles include drivers with CDL training provided, no prior commercial driving experience required.

Starting wage is $25.00/hr to $28.05/hr, with full-time and part-time hours and housing available. You’ll transport guests safely, perform pre/post trip inspections, and deliver exceptional guest service throughout the resort.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• CDL Class A or B must be obtained within 20 days of employment.
• Satisfactory driving record required.
• Knowledge of two-way radio use and codes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests and groups to and from locations per scheduled routes.
• Drive larger vehicles in varying conditions.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle maintenance (fluids, fueling, safety systems).
• Provide exceptional guest service and area information to guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions
• Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including but not limited to checking fluids, fueling and all safety systems
• Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area, activities and transportation in the resort
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

The expected pay range is$25.00/hr - $28.05/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
