Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal roles at our Colorado mountain locations. Starting wage is $20/hr with full/part-time hours available during the winter season 2026/2027. Roles span frontline food and beverage, guest service, and operations across various departments.

A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

Mountain Activities

Retail Rental operations

Ticket sales or scanning

Lift Operations

Base Area Operations

Job tasks include but aren’t limited to

Bussing

Cleaning Washrooms

Greeting and directing guests

Dishwashing

Barista Work

Prepping and serving food items

Putting away food orders and keeping the warehouse organized

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
