Job summary

Vail Resorts in Paoli, Indiana, is hiring for winter seasonal restaurant crew positions. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with tips guaranteed for tipped roles. Employment type includes winter seasonal with both full-time and part-time hours for 2026/2027.

Join us to deliver an Experience of a Lifetime for guests; learn on the job across multiple departments including Food & Beverage, Mountain Activities, and Retail. Paoli location and English fluency required.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr

If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs

A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

Mountain Activities

Retail Rental operations

Food and Beverage Support

Ticket sales or scanning

Lift Operations

Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
