Job summary

Piedmont Beverage Company, operator of the 7 Brew Mt. Airy location, is seeking a Stand Manager to lead daily operations of the stand. You will recruit, train, and coach a fast-moving team, maintain high standards of service, and ensure a fun, safe, and efficient environment.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll manage labor, inventory, and cash handling while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
