Sonic Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist with directing drive-in operations and employees on a shift basis. The role emphasizes leading teams, ensuring guest satisfaction, and enforcing company policies and standards.

The position demands experience in restaurant management, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle issues for guests and staff during irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role is on-site with active supervision requirements.

Formación

• Six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws (federal/state/local).
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Train, manage, coach, and assign drive-in employees during shift.
• Lead drive-in operations during shift to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage staffing levels during shift.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Handle guest issues/concerns during shift.
• Handle employee issues/concerns during shift.
• Monitor food, labor, and inventory to maximize cost-control and quality.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of drive-in records.
• Comply with all company policies and laws.
• Perform station duties as necessary.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness during shift.
