PAR Technology Corporation seeks a strategic Director of Product Management to lead the Drive-Thru hardware portfolio and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers. The role focuses on vision, roadmap, and business performance across hardware platforms, integrating SaaS-enabled ecosystems with subscription models.

You will drive market research, customer engagement, and competitive analysis to position PAR Drive-Thru solutions for growth, profitability, and market leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex hardware and technology product portfolios.
• Experience in restaurant technology, drive-thru solutions, retail technology, POS systems, or connected hardware platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-connected hardware ecosystems, and subscription business models.
• MBA or advanced technical degree.

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business performance for PAR's Drive-Thru product portfolio.
• Lead portfolio planning across hardware product lines, balancing innovation, customer demand, revenue growth, margin performance, and operational feasibility.
• Leverage AI tools to synthesize customer and market insights, accelerate product requirements and roadmap analysis, and improve portfolio decision-making.
• Serve as the executive product leader for Drive-Thru solutions, including current and future platforms.
• Drive market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and product positioning activities.
• Translate customer pain points and market opportunities into actionable product requirements and commercial strategies.
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve adoption, customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Hardware Product Management team.
• Establish scalable product management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Create career development plans and succession strategies for Product Managers.
• Foster a customer-obsessed, data-driven, and execution-focused culture.
