PAR Technology is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Hardware Product Management team for Drive-Thru solutions. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams through development and commercialization to deliver hardware and software-enabled experiences.

The ideal leader will drive market research, customer engagement, and product positioning, while mentoring a growing team and shaping scalable processes for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with hardware and technology portfolios.
• Background in restaurant technology or drive-thru solutions.
• Familiarity with SaaS and cloud-connected hardware.
• MBA or advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap and business performance for Drive-Thru portfolio.
• Lead portfolio planning across hardware product lines; balance innovation, demand, revenue, margin, feasibility.
• Leverage AI tools to synthesize customer/market insights and improve portfolio decisions.
• Serve as executive product leader for Drive-Thru platforms, current and future.
• Drive market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable requirements and commercial strategies.
• Monitor product performance metrics to improve adoption, profitability and market share.
• Lead, mentor and develop Hardware Product Management team.
• Establish scalable product management processes, tools and best practices.
• Create career development plans and succession strategies for Product Managers.
• Foster a customer-obsessed, data-driven, execution-focused culture.
