Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation seeks a strategic Director of Product Management to lead the Hardware Product Management organization and own the Drive-Thru portfolio, defining strategy, roadmaps, and market-fit for current and next-generation hardware solutions.

You will build and mentor the PM team, collaborate with Engineering and Project Management, and drive end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch in a fast-growing hardware and SaaS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading Product Managers and product organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing complex hardware and technology product portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business performance for PAR's Drive-Thru product portfolio.
• Define and execute long-term growth strategies for next-generation Drive-Thru solutions and supporting ecosystems.
• Lead portfolio planning across hardware product lines, balancing innovation, customer demand, revenue growth, margin performance, and operational feasibility.
• Leverage AI tools to synthesize customer and market insights, accelerate product requirements and roadmap analysis, and improve portfolio decision-making.
