Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies in business or restaurant management are preferred.
• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred) and experience running shifts without supervision.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices; understanding of labor laws and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to supervise, multi-task and solve problems with clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, monitor and coach crew, carhops and skating carhops; direct staff to meet service standards.
• Prepare schedules, adjust staffing and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Monitor inventory, place orders within cost controls and maintain payroll records.
• Address guest requests and resolve complaints with supervision and teamwork.
• Interview and hire staff to achieve proper staffing levels; develop action plans for sales trends.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan and report operational results.
