Job summary

You will partner with the Operator and Executive Director to align drive-thru performance with restaurant goals, while building a culture of hospitality and career growth for team members. This role requires strong communication and a hands-on leadership style to sustain top-tier guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fast-paced restaurant teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Chick-fil-A experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Drive-Thru team during daily operations.
• Coach, train, and develop Drive-Thru team members and leaders.
• Ensure speed, accuracy, and hospitality for guests.
• Ensure proper team deployment based on business needs.
• Monitor Drive-Thru speed of service and order accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and solve operational challenges.
• Maintain clear communication between Drive-Thru, FOH, and BOH.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are clean and functioning properly.
