Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Los Lunas, NM is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy team and ensure fast, friendly service. You will train Crew and Carhops, supervise shift operations, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The role requires at least two years of restaurant management experience, ability to work nights and weekends, and a hands-on approach to improving profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business/restaurant management preferred.
• Minimum of two years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Must work a minimum 5 day week with 4 closing shifts or 4 day week guarantees, including irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directs and trains crew, carhops, and skating carhops; oversees staffing and scheduling.
• Monitors compliance with policies and health/sanitation standards.
• Manages opening/closing duties and inventory; controls costs.
• Develops action plans to address unfavorable sales trends; implements marketing plans.
