Sonic Drive-In in Shepherdsville, KY seeks a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

This exempt role requires strong leadership, cost control, scheduling, and adherence to brand standards, with a focus on safe, high-quality service. You will recruit, train, coach, and develop front-line managers; manage inventory, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance; drive local marketing and performance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage assistant managers and staff.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and schedule adherence per company guidelines.
• Supervise all drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards.
• Manage opening/closing duties, inventory, vendor performance, and recordkeeping.
• Develop and implement local marketing plans and action steps for business performance.
