• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience; able to run shifts without supervision
• Must work a minimum 5 day workweek
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices

• Strong leadership, supervisory and communication skills
• Basic accounting and computer skills

• Adheres to employee handbook, policies and practices
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
• Prepares and adjusts employee work schedules
• Monitors and maintains inventory; places orders within cost controls
• Completes payroll records and employment documents
• Ensures customer service and guest satisfaction
• Resolves guest requests and reports complaints to supervisor
• Interviews and hires staff to achieve proper staffing
• Prepares operational reports and action plans to address trends
