SONIC Drive-In in Lee's Summit, Missouri seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction and manage a restaurant team. You will train Crew and Carhops, schedule staffing, monitor inventory, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across the operation.

The role requires prior restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and ability to analyze performance and implement action plans to improve financial results.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business/restaurant management preferred.
• Experience leading restaurant teams and managing shifts without supervision.
• Ability to recruit, interview and select staff; strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and health/sanitation regulations.
• Basic accounting and computer skills; multitasking and problem solving.

Mansioni

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs drive-in staff to meet service standards and efficiency.
• Maintains employee records, schedules and payroll related tasks.
• Performs opening/closing duties and staffing adjustments.
• Resolves guest requests and handles complaints with supervisors.
