Job summary

SONIC Drive-In seeks a General Manager to lead the drive-in’s operations and staff, ensuring outstanding guest service and adherence to company standards. You will recruit, train, and manage employees and oversee day-to-day operations, including openings/closings and cost-control measures.

This senior role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to maintain high performance across food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire and train staff, and manage employees.
• Oversee drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage opening/closing duties and guest/employee issues.
• Plan and control food, labor, and inventory to maximize cost-control and efficiency.
• Lead regular team meetings and maintain drive-in records and reports.
