SONIC Drive-In in Grandview, MO is seeking a General Manager to lead crews and management teams, ensure safe, clean, efficient operations, and deliver an excellent guest experience.

You will recruit, train, schedule staff, monitor inventory, control costs, and develop action plans to improve sales trends, while upholding SONIC policies and appearance standards.

Average pay is around $84,000 per year, with many earning $100K+ and health benefits available.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience and experience running shifts without supervision.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations.
• Strong leadership, supervision and communication skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew/team members, carhops and skating carhops.
• Directs drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards.
• Prepares employee work schedules and adjusts staffing levels.
