SONIC Drive-In is seeking a General Manager to lead a drive-in restaurant team and deliver high-quality service. You will train Crew, Carhops and management staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure food safety, cleanliness and efficiency across the restaurant.

The role involves staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and driving performance through customer-focused leadership. A fast-paced environment with evening and weekend hours is typical, with bonuses tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory skills are essential to manage Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for staff training and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches restaurant staff to meet operational standards.
• Prepares staff schedules and adjusts staffing levels as needed.
• Monitors inventory and places orders within cost control procedures.
• Ensures compliance with policies, health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Develops action plans to address unfavorable sales trends and implements marketing initiatives.
