Job summary

You will recruit and train employees, manage food and labor costs, maintain records, and coordinate local marketing while delivering safe, clean, and delicious service to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws; health and safety regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Manage compensation levels per guidelines.
• Supervise drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage opening/closing duties.
• Handle guest and employee issues.
• Plan, forecast, and adjust food, labor, paper, and inventory to maximize cost-control and efficiency.
• Lead regular team meetings and maintain records and operational reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and business performance.
• Ensure maintenance of drive-in equipment and compliance with policies and laws.
• Regular attendance and adherence to standards.
