Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred.
• At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience supervising staff and managing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage staff.
• Oversee compensation levels for drive-in employees.
• Lead operations to ensure optimal guest experience and quality.
• Manage opening and closing duties.
• Address guest and employee issues promptly.
• Plan and forecast food, labor, and inventory to control costs.
• Lead regular team meetings and maintain records.
• Develop local marketing and business performance plans.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Ensure regular attendance.
