Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing a restaurant shift and staff.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Supervise, lead, and manage all aspects of drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Forecast, plan, and adjust food, labor, and inventory to maximize cost-control and efficiency.
• Lead regular team meetings to ensure focus on standards and service.
• Maintain drive-in recordkeeping and operational reports.
