You will recruit, train, coach, schedule, and manage team members, control costs, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with laws.

This role requires long hours, strong leadership, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred advanced studies in business or restaurant management.
• Experience: at least three years of restaurant management, QSR preferred, with supervision experience.
• Knowledge/Skills: labor laws, safety standards, basic accounting, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate the drive-in’s staff.
• Manage compensation levels per company guidelines and control labor costs.
• Oversee operations to deliver an optimal guest experience and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Handle opening/closing duties, guest/employee issues, and vendor performance.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and support local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; maintain regular attendance.
