As the top operations leader, you’ll supervise employees, partner with supervisors, and drive local marketing efforts to grow drive-in performance and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and health/safety regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and supervise staff.
• Forecast and control labor, food, and inventory costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and laws.
• Develop local marketing plans and maintain proper recordkeeping.
