Job summary

D.L. Roger Corp of Sonic is seeking a Co-Manager to assist the General Manager in running a Sonic Drive-In restaurant. You will train and support Team Members and Carhops, ensuring safe, clean, and efficient service while delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities include staffing, inventory control, and administrative duties, with a focus on customer service and guest satisfaction. The position requires irregular hours, including nights and weekends, and a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or two years of entry-level retail management experience.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once directions are given; multi-task and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards
• Adheres to and monitors compliance with employee handbook, policies and practices
• Performs opening and/or closing duties
• Monitors staffing levels, inventory levels and food cost control; completes weekly inventory
• Assists in administrative duties including maintaining files, records and required documentation
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and responds to guest requests and resolves complaints
