Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking a Co-Manager to assist the General Manager in running the drive-in operations and administration. You will train and support staff to deliver quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner and ensure every guest has an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, directing staff, and monitoring compliance with policies, while managing opening/closing duties and inventory. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and coach Team/Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Strong communication and basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Team/Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct staffing and assignments to meet service standards.
• Ensure compliance with employee handbook and policies.
• Handle opening/closing duties and inventory checks as needed.
