Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking a Co-Manager to assist the General Manager in overseeing drive-in operations and administration. You will train team members and support staff to ensure quality food in a clean, safe and efficient environment, delivering a superior guest experience.

The role requires willingness to work irregular hours, weekends and holidays, with prior restaurant management experience and solid communication, math, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or retail operations is preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop teams to meet service standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops.
• Directs staff to meet service standards and brand guidelines.
• Enforces employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors staffing, inventory, and food cost; adjusts as needed.
• Completes weekly inventory and records.
• Maintains proper documentation and files.
